Elementary School Safety Patrollers Recognized at Installation Ceremonies.

Safety Patrollers from elementary schools around Yorkton will be recognized over the next few weeks for their hard work and commitment to keeping their schools safe.

The role of a Safety Patroller is to help navigate traffic through school zones during busy times, allowing kids to cross the street safely.

During the installation ceremony, students involved in the program will recite the pledge and receive certificates and gifts for their participation in the program.

The City of Yorkton will consider:

  1. Proposed Bylaw No. 9/2022 to Amend the Zoning Bylaw by Rezoning both 129 & 135 Myrtle Avenue from C-1 City Centre Commercial to CMI-1 Commercial-Industrial Transitional; and
